Perry & Adri were recently married at the newly renovated TWA Hotel at JFK Airport here in New York. The Brooklyn Tailors team has eagerly awaited the unveiling of this newly restored building, which was once a functioning airline terminal for TWA airlines, back in the 1960s.
It turned out to be a stunning backdrop for Perry and Adri's big day, as the photos clearly show! And we weren't the only ones who thought so. The editors at Vogue Magazine recently ran a profile on the event.
We made a custom suit for Perry out of a super 130s Italian wool twill woven by Drago, one of our favorite mills. The simple, classic dark gray, paired with a white shirt and black tie, served as a perfectly discreet and razor-sharp ensemble against the bold backdrop of the TWA venue.
